MUSIC DISPLAY AGREEMENT

It is agreed between the music display owner, Zimmer Design & Soft Sounds Music, and the
music display User, ___________________________________ (designated the User below), the
following points:

  1. The display User agrees to display the unit, with the CDs appropriately placed thereupon, for
    one (1) year beginning on the date of the User’s signature on this agreement. The display unit
    will be positioned to allow easy access for the public within an area designated as ideal for patrons, customers and others to utilize.
  2. Initial Purchase: The display User is required to purchase twelve (12) of seven (7) different recordings for a total of 84 CDs. The price of each CD to the User is $7. The initial purchase of CDs being $588. Zimmer Design will pay for the shipping of the display unit. Additionally, the User will pay $50 for the music card and CD photo panel, which will be installed in the sound unit of the display.
  3. For reorders of CDs as needed, the price will be $7 per CD.
  4. During the year, Zimmer Design may add or delete CDs in the display unit at which time:
    a. The User will return the old CD photo panel and music card from the sound unit on the display. The User will also receive $7 per cd credit for the cds taken off of the display and returned to Zimmer Design.
    b. The User will also purchase twelve (12) each of the new CDs at $7 each. In addition, the
    User will purchase a new CD photo panel and music card for the sound unit for $50.
    c. If the User so chooses, he may have more than eight (8) selections for sale. The additional CDs will not have a music selection on the display unit to play.
  5. The music display must be returned to Zimmer Design at the end of the above designated year unless the display User and Zimmer Design mutually agree that the display User continues utilizing the unit, in which case the above mentioned conditions and policies will remain in effect.
  6. Shipping: Zimmer Design will pay all shipping costs for materials sent to the User. The User will pay all shipping costs for material returned to Zimmer Design except for the display unit itself.
